1, Product  Description :

(1). The raw material can be both PS or PMMA Acrylic , extruded pattern sheet.

(2). Product features:

(a) Colorless, odorless, smell less, and glossy. It benefits from its light proportion weight, low water absorption rate, good coloring ability and chemical stability. Materials comes with  excellent electrical insulation capability, especially on high frequencies. It also has good impact resistance, good weather and aging resistance, good light transmission rate, and well chemical corrosion resistance. This is actually a very good material for mechanical processing like heat bending, silk screen printing, vacuum forming, and etc.

(3). A UV stabilizer can be added to prolong the yellowing time.

2, Suggested Application :

Applicable to grille lights, forming lampshades, lighting fixtures, display equipment, decorative lighting, craft display racks, shower doors, and decorative compartments to replace the glasses.

1. Panels can be cut in specific sizes and shapes if provide with drawings in advance.

2. Panels are using imported diffuse agents to produce, and all flat side with PE protection films.
